Just in case anyone has a similar situation, heres what happened me 30 mg Prilosec 20mg. After 1 day, I started getting heartburn, day or night. After 3 days, nausea came back and lots of heartburn, almost pains in chest. Now that is available over the counter, have any of you switched Prilosec OTC? I did very well on a few years ago, but then my insurance stopped covering it and have suffered with Prilosec OTC ever since. Now Im without insurance all together, but I guess thats beside the point.
